If you would like to opt for express doorstep delivery where you can choose a specific date and time, there will be an additional surcharge of $15, drop us an email at twistthewillowtwig@gmail.com after you've made payment quoting your invoice/payment number stating your preferred date and time, we'll reply your email with a payment QR code for your express doorstep delivery.

Preserved flowers typically maintain their beauty for a duration of 3 to 6 months when exposed to air, depending on various environmental factors such as heat, sunlight, water, wind, and humidity. In exceptionally humid conditions, there is a possibility of mold growth, so we recommend storing them in an enclosed display box or air-tight container, they can preserve their beauty for an extended period, lasting anywhere from 1 to 3 years or even longer. You can also purchase a dehumidifier to reduce humidity in your home.
