Each is crafted upon order, ensuring a personal touch and attention to detail. Please allow between 3-5 business days processing time. Once your order is ready for delivery, we'll notify you via SMS or email a day before your delivery. Our standard delivery window is Monday to Friday, from 10am to 6pm.

If you would like to opt for express doorstep delivery where you can choose a specific date and time, there will be an additional surcharge of $15, drop us an email at twistthewillowtwig@gmail.com after you've made payment quoting your invoice/payment number stating your preferred date and time, we'll reply your email with a payment QR code for your express doorstep delivery.

When creating your flower arrangement, gently insert the stems into the centre openings. Avoid forcing thicker stems through, as this may damage both the flowers and the piece. Instead, trim the stems gradually until they fit comfortably. If a stem is too thin to stay securely in place, simply cut it into shorter lengths and use it as a filler to keep flowers in place.

Pieces are designed for decor purposes only. If necessary wash your piece under water and wipe down with a dry cloth immediately. Between fresh flowers, wash your dish and let it dry throughly.

To keep your piece in its best form, avoid any contact with direct heat such as an oven, microwave or dishwasher. Our pieces are durable, although should be treated and handled with gentle care as you would with any glass or ceramic pieces.
