  • Each is crafted upon order, ensuring a personal touch and attention to detail. please allow between 3-5 business days for crafting. Once your order is ready for delivery, we'll notify you via SMS or email with your scheduled delivery date. Our standard delivery window is Monday to Friday, from 10am to 6pm.

    If you would like to opt for express doorstep delivery where you can choose a specific date and time, there will be an additional surcharge of $15, drop us an email at twistthewillowtwig@gmail.com after you've made payment quoting your invoice/payment number stating your preferred date and time, we'll reply your email with a payment QR code for your express doorstep delivery.

    *We are unable to deliver to the following restricted locations: Airports, Sentosa, Tuas Industrial areas, Military Camps, Jurong Port, PSA Terminal, Jurong Island, and any offshore islands.

  • Dried and preserved materials generally have a long lifespan and require minimal maintenance. However, in extremely humid conditions, they may be prone to mold growth. To prevent this, we advise hanging them in a well-ventilated room away from direct sunlight. If they accumulate dust, simply use a hairdryer on low fan and low heat settings, holding it about 25cm away from the flowers for gentle cleaning.
