Ain't your usual, our Soul Mate is slow-crafted by hand with preserved and dried materials. We coat each piece with 2 to 3 thin layers of resin and cured 24 hours before finishing touches are applied. Things that make people happy are worth sharing.

All wearables are crafted upon order and require 3 - 5 business days of craft time before we mail them out, orders will be mailed via SingPost Tracked Package, and a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is mailed out.
Delivery Info
Our prices include tracked mail via SingPost, delivery time is between 2 - 3 working days to your letterbox. A tracking number will be sent via email once orders have been mailed out.
If you would like to opt for express doorstep delivery where you can choose a specific date and time, there will be an additional surcharge of $15, drop us an email at twistthewillowtwig@gmail.com after you've made payment quoting your invoice/payment number stating your preferred date and time, we'll reply your email with a payment QR code for your express doorstep delivery.

Product Care
Upon receiving your earrings, do expect some imperfections as they are all-natural and handmade thus every piece is slightly different. Preserved materials have a shelf life of about 9 months to a year if kept in the most ideal conditions. As all floral materials are natural do handle them with care.
When not wearing, we highly recommend storing them in an airtight box with any form of desiccant
