With provided materials, you are able to craft a few designs and there will be countless ways to wear them on your ears! *Omakase is a Japanese phrase that means "I'll leave it up to you". Our selection of preserved materials varies every day and so will your kit. What you'll receive will differ from the picture reference.
Orders will be mailed via SingPost Tracked Package every Friday of the week (cut-off time is Wednesday 23:59 weekly, orders received on Thursday onwards will be mailed out the following Friday)
Delivery Info
Our prices include tracked mail via SingPost, delivery time is between 2 - 3 working days to your letterbox. A tracking number will be sent via email once orders have been mailed out.
If you would like to opt for express doorstep delivery where you can choose a specific date and time, there will be an additional surcharge of $15, drop us an email at twistthewillowtwig@gmail.com after you've made payment quoting your invoice/payment number stating your preferred date and time, we'll reply your email with a payment QR code for your express doorstep delivery.
*We are unable to deliver to the following restricted locations: Airports, Sentosa, Tuas Industrial areas, Military Camps, Jurong Port, PSA Terminal, Jurong Island, and any offshore islands.
Product Care
Upon receiving your earrings, do expect some imperfections as they are all-natural and handmade thus every piece is slightly different. Preserved materials have a shelf life of about 9 months to a year if kept in the most ideal conditions. As all floral materials are natural do handle them with care.
When not wearing, we highly recommend storing them in an airtight box with any form of desiccant
